“Get Your Health Back” is a program in an outpatient clinical setting that can aide with positive lifestyle change while addressing common pitfalls, dispelling misinformation about foods, explaining the importance of physical activity, addressing stress, sleep, and social interactions to achieve significant health outcomes.
