January & February “Movement 101” Classes

Please join our “Movement 101” class to learn the importance of moving, how to effectively exercise in a given amount of time, discover the difference between physical activity and exercise and understand the risks associated with inactivity.

Classes will be educational with a short presentation, followed by an interactive exercise demo where attendees will participate so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Thursday, February 6th
 4-5:30 PM

Saturday, February 8th
10-11:30 AM

Space is limited to 15 patients per class. You must RSVP to secure your spot. Please choose the date that works best for your schedule and select the link below to RSVP for that date.
